M12 Connector for MP700 Limit Switch Series

{image1}Microprecision Electronics SA is extending the possibilities of its MP700 series of sealed limit switches in order to facilitate the connection of limit switches  as sensing devices to industrial bus systems.  The switches are now available with an M12 connector integrated directly into the housing, thus making for easy and flexible interfacing to a bus interconnect box. This feature allows for a simple and detachable cable connection as an alternative to the common potted cable solution.  Standard M12 connection cables are broadly available.This option is implemented for 30mm and 35mm housing sizes which reflects the 20mm “EN” and 25mm “US” mounting style. The 74AXP1T57 dual supply configurable multiple function gate features three inputs, a single output, and dual supply pins. The device can be configured as any of the following logic functions AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XNOR, inverter and buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs.The inputs are referenced to VCCI and the output is referenced to VCCO. All inputs can be connected directly to VCCI or GND. These receptacles are suitable for use in high density configurations down to 1 mm pitch.Each receptacle contains our three finger, beryllium copper contact with a diameter range of .008 (0,2 mm) to .013" (0,33 mm). The contact is characterized by a low insertion force making it compatible with miniature leads subject to bending.Two of the receptacles, 0439-0-15-15-04-27-04-0 and 8210-0-15-15-04-27-04-0, have solder tails for through hole applications. The tail diameters, .014" (.356 mm) and .012" (.305 mm) respectively, minimize the size of the P.C.B holes to accommodate tight pitch layouts. 20 Amp, 3 Phase Bridge Smart Power Motor Drive

The MSK4322 is a three-phase bridge smart power motor drive with 200V, 20 Amp capability. The device is capable of switching frequencies to 25 kHz and has ultra low thermal resistance of 0.6 °C/W. The output switches are power MOSFETs with intrinsic fast-recovery diodes for the free-wheeling currents of motor drives. This new smart power motor drive hybrid is compatible with 5V CMOS or TTL logic levels. The internal circuitry prevents simultaneous turn-on of the in-line half bridge transistors with a built-in 2μS deadtime to prevent shoot-through. Undervoltage lockout shuts down the bridge when the supply voltage gets to a point of incomplete turn-on of the output switches. The internal high-side boot strap power supply derived from the +15 volt supply completely eliminates the need for 3 floating independent power supplies for the high-side drive.
